Yoga for Nurseries & EYFS

In today’s fast-paced, screen-filled world, kids need moments of stillness - space to breathe, stretch, imagine, and reconnect.

Our yoga sessions aren’t just another activity.
They’re a meaningful experience kids take home in their hearts and bodies.

FAQ’s

  • Yes! Our sessions are carefully designed for little ones aged 2.5 – 5. We use our imagination, stories, breathwork, and playful movement to gently support children’s physical, emotional, and social development, all in a way that’s fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.

  • Not at all.

Our classes are based on exploration and play, not perfect poses or sitting still. Children are encouraged to move in ways that feel natural to them, with plenty of repetition and gentle guidance to build familiarity and confidence.

  • Each session follows a familiar rhythm with a playful warm-up, story-based movement, breathing, and a calming relaxation moment. We use lots of props like scarves, breathing ball, and sensory elements to keep children engaged and help them feel safe.

  • Nope! We bring everything we need! All we ask is for a safe, clean space such as a hall, soft play area, or clear classroom floor.

  • Our nursery sessions typically last 30 minutes, depending on the age group and class size. They’re short, sweet, and designed to fit seamlessly into your daily rhythm.

  • Absolutely! We’re happy to offer a wellbeing session or short block of classes so you can get a feel for how it works. Some children take a little time to warm up, especially in group settings, so one session may not show the full impact, but it’s a lovely place to start.

  • My daughter talks about yoga day all the time! She comes home showing us her 'lion breath' and 'tree pose', and we’ve even started using some of the breathing at bedtime. It’s amazing to see her so calm, proud, and connected to her body.
