Bringing calm, confidence and creativity
into your classrooms

At The Little Yoga Glow, we offer joyful, child-centred yoga and mindfulness sessions that help children thrive. Each class is thoughtfully adapted to suit the needs of the age group, from curious preschoolers to confident teens in Key Stage 4.

We’re proud to be bringing yoga and mindfulness to schools and nurseries across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire & Bristol.

To suit your needs, we offer flexible scheduling - whether it’s a one-off wellbeing session, a 6-week introduction to yoga for the whole school, weekly sessions across a term or the full academic year, or after school clubs for KS1 & KS2.
We’ll work closely with you to create a rhythm that supports your children and weaves calmly into your school day.

Whatever works best for you, your school and your children.

Wellbeing Days:
One-off Sessions

Our one-off sessions offer a joyful introduction to yoga & mindfulness, perfect for special events, enrichment days, or as a taster for students of all ages.

Through playful movement and breath, children are invited to explore yoga in a way that feels fun and accessible. They'll leave feeling centred, uplifted, and curious for more.

After School Clubs

Invite us to bring The Little Yoga Glow to your school as a calming end to the day.

Our after-school clubs offer a gentle mix of yoga, mindfulness, games, and relaxation - helping children stretch out, reset, and head home feeling calm, happy, and grounded.

Suitable for KS1 and KS2, clubs are set up independently, with parents booking and paying directly.

🌱 Did you know…?

➥ 1 in 5 children (20%) aged 8–16 in England have a probable
mental health disorder

➥ 90% of primary school children say they worry “all or most of the time” about things like friendships, schoolwork, or how they look (Place2Be, 2023)

➥ Only 52% of children feel they have strategies to cope when they feel anxious or stressed (YoungMinds, 2023)

➥ Children in the UK spend an average of 6 - 8 hours a day sedentary, making movement-based wellbeing interventions in schools more important than ever (NHS Digital, 2022)

The Need is Real -
Here’s How We Help

A group of children and a woman practicing yoga in a wooden-floored room. The children's faces are covered with pink hearts, and they are standing on one leg with hands in a prayer position, with the woman smiling behind them.

Children today are growing up in a fast-paced world - packed schedule, constant stimulation, and pressure to keep up, both in and out of school. They’re pulled in many directions, often without the tools to help them stay grounded. Yoga and mindfulness offer a gentle pause in the day, giving children space to move, breathe, and just be.

This is where we step in - We believe that even the smallest moments of calm can make a big difference. Our sessions help children:

🌱 Feel more confident in their bodies
💫 Learn simple tools to manage & regulate emotions
🧘‍♀️ Improve focus, balance and coordination
❤️ Build emotional resilience and self-awareness
🌈 Develop kindness - to themselves and each other

Yoga in schools isn’t just about movement - it’s about planting seeds of calm, compassion and confidence that children can carry with them for life.

“The earlier children start practicing yoga, the more likely they are to carry its benefits into adulthood, including better stress management and emotional resilience.”

  • I have worked with Jay now for a number of years now. She is a fantastic, flexible and enthusiastic practitioner whose passion for yoga really comes across. We have seen a huge impact on the children in school completing a course of yoga with Jay, they are more centred and aware of their minds and bodies and it has a really fantastic impact on their self-control and awareness. Not only that but it is brilliant fun too!

  • My son comes home so much calmer after his yoga sessions at after school club. He often shares the breathing exercises and poses he’s learned with our whole family - it’s wonderful to see him using these tools. I’m so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on him.

  • The one-off wellbeing session was a wonderful introduction to yoga and mindfulness for our students. Jay’s fun and engaging approach made it easy for children of all ages to join in. The kids loved it so much, they’ve been asking if we can have regular sessions - a sign of just how much fun they had! We’re excited to explore ongoing sessions with The Little Yoga Glow!
